Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time
Once processed, orders typically arrive within 6–15 business days. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays or carrier delays.

Order tracking
After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 2–5 days to show updates after shipping.

Shipping address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we’ll fix it if the order hasn’t shipped yet.

Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days of purchase, contact us and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
