Refund & Return Policy

30-Day Happiness Guarantee
We want you to love your Shibu Soap. If you’re not happy for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, even if you’ve used it. You don’t need to send anything back.

How to request a refund
Email contact@shibusoap.com with your order number and a short note about why you’re not satisfied. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Please note

• The guarantee covers one refund per customer.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Orders not yet shipped can be cancelled for a full refund. Email us as soon as possible.
